[Resolved]  honda/honda stunner — Honda Stunner parts not available with dealer

I bought Honda Stunner(KL -01- AX-7223) on 19th March 2010.After 3 months I met with an accident. I gave the bike to same dealer(Marikar Service Center) from where I purchased and also I registered for insurance same week. Its been 4 months since I got quote from the service center and OKed them to start the service repair. They held the repair of my bike for 3 months as the parts was not available. So they ordered the parts from Delhi for which I waited for 3 months. Now after 4 months they call me back saying that they did not get 2-3 parts to complete the repair and asking me to get the parts for them.
Is it anywhere fair where they charge the customer and make him wait for months and at last asks the customer to get the parts for them? Isn't it their's responsibility to get the parts and hand over the bike on payment?
My bike dealer's name is Marikar Motors, Trivandrum and the bike is held at Marikar Motors Service Center for months.
Please do the needful to get these people in right channel. This is shame for Honda and their dealers who mis treat their customers. Honda representative calls and asks me to get them the parts.
