Dear Sir,
My sister-in-law has given a birth to a baby girl in normal delivery on 20.09.2009 around 10.56 PM in Asha Hospital located at A S Rao Nagar Hyderabad. And the doctor name is Ms. Asha Rani. The doctor has committed suggested us to discharge on 21.09.2009. Suddenly we have observed that the kid was starting blood vomiting. As a result we called doctor and informed at that time one children specialist came to the child and suggest us to shift that baby to Rain Bow hospital at Secundrabad karkana branch.
In Rain Bow hospital they have done lot of investigation and confirmed after 24 hours that, the baby was taken her mother blood in to her stomach. We have enquired the same with some doctors that is their any chance to drink mother blood by a baby while delivery? But everyone is telling that this is not possible. This is purely doctor’s negligence. On account of doctor negligence we have spend nearly Rs.24000/- and mental tension about 5 days. Since, we got that baby from rainbow ICU on 25.09.2009.
Can you please suggest what we can do about that doctor negligence?

My mother had undergone backbone problem since 1 year. She was fitted with and supported the backbone with screws. Now a X ray was done, it was observed that every thing is normal only found that between on backbone Veins are attached .and my mother har very pain in bachbone side untolerable..plz provide some solutions n guidelines.

NO DR WILL WAIT FOR UR OLDER REPORTS WHEN PATIENT HAS CONSUMED POISON, WE NEED TO ACT FAST TO SAVE THE LIFE, EVERY MINUTE IS PRECIOUS.WE MUST SECURE A LIFELINE, PROPER MONITORING OF OXYGEN LEVEL, CONSCIOUS LEVEL, HEART RATE, BP, URINE OUTPUT IS MANTADORY FOR ALL CASES OF POISONING.IF I DELAY, IT MATTERS LIFE.THE BILL INCLUDES ICU, LAB, MEDICINES.

Hospital — Problem in treatment earlier taken.
Sir,My niece had undergone backbone surgery in the hospital in December 2006. She was fitted with and supported the backbone with screws. Now when a X ray was done, it was observed that the screws have left its place, may be not operated efficiently earlier. Can we make complaint to the consumer forum against the hospital?
