[Resolved]  Hosting Farms — www.hostingfarms.com is a scam hosting providers

Dear Team,

Iam into website development business.

I saw online promotion of Karma Softweb who runs a website of hosting called www.hostingfarm.com .

On 15/03/2013 i purchased a web hosting package called "Linux Reseller - 3 Year ALL Linux Unlimited Reseller " at Rs 6999/- .

Every time i create new account complete server goes down.When i ask for call to customer care no body pick the phone and when they pick their some girl who talk rudely and say raise a ticket we will solve it.

When i raise the ticket then they write many excuse and then after lot of mail things goes okie.

After again 2-3 days server goes down.Again same misbehave by customer care and lot of mails i write and they write.

We are into online business if any website server goes down client is in problem and same problem we face.

When i ask for refund they say their is only 7 days refund policy. All hosting company give 30 days refund policy.

But their is lot of service issue.

Many of client who wanted to buy server took back their money as server was not up.

Now this company is not ready to pay me money and i get lot of harassment.

Please help me as i have few recorded voice of customer care who have misbehave and told lie to US.

I have all voice recorded in our system and i am going to file mental and fraud cases against them

I dont think its a scam. Im a web developer & im hosting many sites over on it. My sites are running fine. try calling them or make a ticket Or ask for refund. Domain charges may not return but they might refund your hosting charges.

lol! its the worst hosting company I have ever seen in my life. They even change your files without your permission. Don't fall in their trap. See www.hostingfarmssucks.com

I recommend try http://www.ewebguru.com/ I have good experience with them.

company is good, my domain bestarticleworld.com has been running from previous 2 years and hardly faced any issue.

even if any time, i had any query, thanks to them they have two contact numbers to which i can call any time and get myself cleared.

hostingfarms.com not a friendly platform but they are robbers and shameless people. i book domain and hosting for 1 year and loose my money by robbers of hostingfarms, please beware friends, and find any other platform instead of these scoundrels.

yes they are the worse hosting company, they take money and then they stop reply to your any support ticket or any email phone call... And they don't refund money also by saying that you misuse there server so we can't provide you refund...
Be aware of this hosting company...

I buy reseller plan and pay then for one year, and after one day i am not able to login to my account says login fail when i contact then they say that we are upgrading account so you can't login and after that they don't reply and when i created issue in paypal they reply and say we audit your account and refund will be done after 1.5 month ... So i think they don't pay refund ...

don't buy plans form hostingfarms.com they are scam company ...

you are right i have deposited 3375RS to there account for a domain restoration they didn't restore it and now they are not returning my money back. they are totally fraud they are not picking phone not reply on the chat support

I dont know why peoples are saying like this about Hostingfarms but as i'm customer of this company i didnt face any kinds of problem.They are very friendly in nature and providing a good tech support.

I purchased hosting from hostingfarms.com but i was having good experience there.They are very friendly in nature and best in all sense in providing techsupport and providing hosting at cheap price.

I'm not agree with manoj as i also applied for money back and they return me within a same day.

A totally scam company, there administrative department don't know how to work. There servers are hacked for atleast 3 times in 2 months for 2-3 days.

Don't even think to invest with them. Baki paisa aapka marzi aapki
