I got an offer letter from Hotel Russell London, as an Electronics and communication supervisor , Now they demand an amount of 200GBP for their Labor skileed workers authorization Approval certificate charge, so what i have to do? can you give me the advise that if it is a real one or fake.Here also i am attaching the mail which they sent to me regarding the amount

With reference to your application and subsequent CV Received, we have the pleasure in offering you employment as Electronics & Communication Supervisor ( Electrical/ Electronics Department) with effect from 15th of February 2011 your monthly basic salary shall be 5,100.00 GBP Annual net salary 61,200.00 GBP Housing Allowance per annum 8,300.00 GBP Transport Allowance 5,600.00 GBP per annum, Medical Allowance 10,700.00 GBP per annum, one Yearly gratuity is 12, 820.00GBP and this Contact is valid for three years, All taxes have been deducted from gross earn income.

For the first year vacation time shall be pro-rated, you will be entitled to 30 days vacation for this year. Notify the management of necessary steps in assuring excellent performance of the Hotel and absolute report on customer’s reaction. It is also expected of you to abide with all the rules and regulation of Russell Hotel Management.
Russell Hotel Management can terminate this appointment with one-month salary in lieu of notice. You may as well resign your appointment with the company by giving us a month’s notice and you will be formally discharged after the management approves your resignation letter.
