I am into in a live in relationship, and recently we rented out a house, its been just 3 months that we shifted to this place, and we prior to renting the place informed abt our relationship, n that me and my bf will be leaving in together.The owner completely agreed for the same and he had no issues, now all on a sudden the landlord and his family has started harassing us by calling my family members and speaking all ill to them, and asking us to vacate and deducting a huge amount of our rental advance .. which is around Rs.1, 60, 000/- I am in great trouble, plss suggest wat do i do???
Complaint on House owner — House Rent
Dear Sir,I and my husband software engineer by profession.
During the year Dec 2008 we entered into a 11 month agreement with Mrs Subramanian meena,residing at No.111, Koushik Residency, Royal County Layout, 1st main, 1st cross, Bangalore-560100, for renting their house located at North face.
The apartment rental agreement was not done by owner. When we asked she is saying we have to do. Then we did ourselves but she is not ready to sign.
Before occupying to that house she said the rent is 5500 and advance is 55000, after entering to house she is demanding 6000 and 60000 as advance. We don't have any other option because of my babies we paid 60000 of advance and said will pay 5500 as rent.
Now owner is demanding extra onme thousand for car parking and layout improvement, Street light and other charges or we have to vacate house.
we are not in a position to vacate house . I have one year old twin babies and we both are working.
My owner not ready to listen anything and she is demanding for more rent and she is harrazing a lot.
I request your good self, to advise how much rent we have to pay for the above mention locatity( The size of the house around 800sq ft.)
Please advise me on this.
