HP Cooking Gas — delay delivery

we have booked our GAS to Ghaziabad HPCL Dealer M/s Sen Gas service, Ghaziabad on dated 06/02/2008. But till date we have not recived our refill. After contacting to the dealer , we got reply that the Refill is not available with us & as soon as we will receive the same , it will deliver to you. It is very difficult becuase after receiving the delivery it takes 21 days to book the gas and again it will take 15 days to dekiver the same.

HP COOKING GAS — DELAY IN DELIVERY

Our consumer No.is 642291. We have booked our cylinder on 1st September 2010. Till today we have not received the cylinder. every time when we call they say you will get it today. but no results. every month it happens. Why this delay. please look into the matter.

My Consumer No is 16953526. The Distributor name is Standard Store, 12 Defence colony Market, new Delhi -- 110024. We have booked the Hp Cooking Gas for Our home on 29th Oct 2010. Earlier, there was a Drive from the Hp to deliver the Gas in 24 hrs, Today is 7th Nov 2010. Its Already been 10 days.No response till date.
Could not understand the reason for this much delay delivery.

Appreciate if Action can be taken for this.
