ibooked a gas refil on jan 25,2008and the booking number is 7748.The dealer issued me a delivery slip on feb 10,2008 numbered 7748.They are not providing home delivery and charging Rs.303 without home delivery.I aproched the godowen and gas was not provided to me. on the next dayI again aproached the godowen and they are celereting basant and not agree to issue me the refil Then I called the dealer office no[protected]and not responded then I called Mr.Tarsem an employ of the dealer on the no [protected] he talked me rudly .plz provide me the remedy

HPCL- Domestic Gas — Very Bad Services
How well can you defined a service of HP Gas, just judge by reading below mail? I had booked a refill on 12-01-09 and till date i'm writing this on 29-01-09, no delivery has been made, what more can u expect, if on calling HP local dealer, response is negative and saying 2-3 days more. What will I do after my second cylinder goes empty. Can HP book two cylinders at a time? Then they are not taking any bookings after 22 days from the date of delivery of cylinder. Is that the way
