Dear Sir/Madam, I have recently taken a connection from M/S Manjit Gas Agercy Sikanderpur Gurgaon Distrubutor No 608840. I have to book a gas refil but am not able to contact the distributor as both the numbers provided by hi viz.[protected], 2561403 are not reachable. I too faced the same problem with the distributor's phone not being answered till I started using the online refil booking facility of HP (http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx).

As I understand, since the online bookings are centrally monitored, the distributors are prompt in supplying the refill. Sometimes even the very next day.

So consider registering at the above site and see if you are getting prompt response.
