[Resolved]  HP Gas - Annapurna Gas Agency — NON DELIVERY OF GAS

DEAR SIR / MADAM,

I AM CONSUMER OF HP GAS AND THE AGENCY NAME IS ANAPURNA GAS AGENCY, NEAR BUS DEPOT, VASAI (W), THANE - 401201. I HAVE BOOKED REFILL ON 9/8/08 BUT TILL TODAY THEY NOT DELIVERED THE GAS. PLEASE LOOK IN TO IT AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

I am a consumer of HP Gas and I have trasfer my connection from Nerul to Vasai (W) through the H.P. Gas Office at Vasai Village, Vasai (W). I have already submitted the documents to them on 10/04/2010 . They told me check with H.P. Gas office at Manikpur Market Branch. I have been calling this agency for enquiring the status of my new Consumer No. But Phone is always ringing and engaging and not responsed. So Kindly help me and revert with proper number of H.P. Gas Manikpur Market branch, Vasai West .

Alsdo adviose me contact No. of H.P. Gas office at Vasai Village (Vasai W).

I am consumer of HP Gas Annapurna Gas Agency, Near Bus Depot, Vasai West Thane - 401 201, i have taken a new gas conection 2 months back from said agency till date not a single person visit to check the connection and I have found that regulators is not working properly for that i have complaint to the agency 15 days back but no body responded. So Kindly help me.and revert on my phone with proper number of Annapurna Gas Agency, Near Bus depot, Vasai West .

can these complaints be made under RTI Act. To whom should we write?

I booked my gas before 22 days n yet I have not received my gas cylinder as we are working people so it is become very difficult for to contact them.

So please help us. Our Agency is in Manickpur and we are not able to contact them.

I am also a consumer of the same " Annapurna Agencies", their land line no is never reachable. Since last two months i have send somebody personally to book the Gas. It takes an average of 20 -25 days to deliver the gas.
We request HP Customer care to look at this and provide us a solution,

please give the correct no of vasai annapurna gas agency no .i book on 23rd jan still not received cylinder & vasi manikpur people told me u not book the cylinder .i hav msg from gas agency ie- that my booking no is-201886 and my gas no is 500535, please give me the status and please look into this matter,
