COMPLAINT AGINST HP GAS, BLUE FLAME AGENCY, MEDICAL SQ, NAGPUR
I HAD BOOK CYLINDER AFTER 20 DAY I HAD GIVEN REMINDER TO AGENCY. AGENCY REPLIED CYLINDER WILL PROVIED WITHIN TWO OR THREE DAY BUT UPTO NEXT 7 DAYS THEY HAD NOT PROVIED IT. I AGAIN CONTATCT TO AGENCY BUT INVAIN . THE STAFF OF THE BLUE FLAME GAS AGENCY, MEICAL STORE, NAGPUR REPLIED ME THAT YOU HAVE TO BOOK NEW BOOKING IN FRESH WAY. BECAUSE OLD BOOKING IS OUTDATED AND WE CAN NOT PROVIED CYLINDER ON FRIST (OLD) BOOKING. THEN WHAT DONE WITH MY FIRST BOOKING BY AGENCY ? BECAUSE THEY DID NOT REMARK ANYTHING LIKE CANCELLED ON MY FIRST BOOKING ON BOOKING CARD ... IT MEANS THAT THEY HAD NOT CANCELLED MY BOOKING... THEN WHAT DONE WITH MY FRIST BOOKING BY AGENCY.
