[Resolved]  Hp Gas — HP Gas supply-in delay

I would like to put few complaints on the following dealer who supplies the gas to me.

Laxmi Gas agency
New Baradwari
PO- Sakchi
Jamshedpur-831001

The following are the complaints.
1. Maximum time nobody is lifting the phone in the office.
2. When i booked by phone they confirmed me that gas was booked. Later on we find that the lady has forgotten to book in my name.
3. Manager/propietor is never available
4. Distribution is very poorly managed.

i have booked for refilling of gas through phone on 21.11.08 and booking no. was given 49. While enquired the position to Tap Trisha[protected]they confirmed that it was booked on 26.11.08.
Till now i have not recd. the gas.
Today when again enquired the position suddenly asked to meet their office with Rs. 40. Cash. Also asked for gurantee card for pipies-which has been supplied by them only.

Kindly expedite the same on pririty so that gas is delivered.Payments if any will be made during delivery of gas.
Your kind co-operation and a line confirmation in the above matter will be highly appreciated.

I HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILLING OF GAS DIRECT FROM THERE OFFICE IN 16-10-08.CONSUMER NO-608770.TODAY I TRIED TO GET MY CYLENDER REFILL, NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR BILL ALREADY WRITTEN IN 20-10-08, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, NOW YOUR BOOKING IS CANCED, IN THE SAME TIME THEY SUPPLYING THE SAME CYLENDER IN HOTTELS AND OTHERS.I REQUEST YOU KINDLY TAKE MY COMPLIENT SEROIUSLY TO GET MY CYLENDER REFILL AS EARLY AS POSSIBILE.
