Sir, My Distributor gas agency name is GAYATRI GAS AGENCY, Opp. old LIC Building, Inda, Kharagpur, West Bengal, Distributor code no. 397180, Ph. no.[protected]. After booking, the gas cylinder is received in minimum one week.Next booking time is given 21 days after delivery date instead of previous booking date. So we are facing tremendous problem. i booked a cylinder on 1st july 2009 but i not getted the cylinder yet.
i am facing a valuable problem.i speak to my area's delivery man but the answer is not proper so kindly look into the matter as early as possible

Distance between GAYATRI GAS AGENCY vs my house 2.1 km .
Many customers my area same problem face
I am talk with you they said me " ho jayega kyuu tension leta ho"
But I am connection almost 10 years
This agency
No solving my problem

So we are facing tremendous problem
