sir, Anil gas agency(hp) which is situated at Kachairi adaa Dharamsala, HP is not replacing the leaking gas cylinder and refilling of empty cylinder even after repetted complaints. TEN days has passed and Ten telephone calls has not resulted in any results. May God help me and my senior citizen parents who are alone at home at the mercy of HP gas. My father who is 82 year old has booked Gas cyllinder on 11 Sep 12 vide consumer no 501877 . Beside repeated reminders Gas has not been delivered till date.This harassment is beyond tolerance . The case being taken up to consumer forum for harassment to old parents.
