[Resolved]  Hp Gas — High delay in the delivery of new connection

Sir,

I applied for an additional cylinder (I have a single cylinder connection) at Shakthi Gas Dist, Raj Palya, Mahadevpura Bangalore. The application was registered on 17-Mar-2008 under the reference number 6390680. However, it is almost a year and I am still struggling to get second cylinder. Everytime I visit the dealer, they give reponses like there is waiting period of 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years. I also wrote to HP Gas Consumer Zone, but there also everytime I am told to wait for another 2 months or so. I can understand that they are just delaying the process, without any actual resolution. This is a string of messages that I have recieved till now:

We are in receipt of your complaint and due to shortage of equipment we regret our inablity to release dbc .
We will be able to attend to your requiest shortly before December 2008.

Due to shortage of Equipment, w are unable to release adequate cylinders to our distributors and hence the delay in issue of Additional Cylinder Connections.
You can check up with us during December 2008

We do not have equipment to release DBC / New connections to general public. This is due to delay in procurement of Cylinders by the Corporation .
You can checkup for status on the above during February 2008.

Please send written complaint to chairman and managing director of HPCL.Complaint to Hpcl help line-[protected]-also.We also same problem.It solved with authantic steps. we recived NC along with additional cyllinder within 15 days of registration .They give same stereo type answer at consumwe zone.For more detail and help contact me at [protected].
