I booked gas for home delivery on 12.01.2008 but till today 06.02.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, no[protected]. he always says it will be delivered after 10 to 15 days. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. due to your record on net it showes that it is Success 5078 when i told him that i complaint against you then he told u can do what u want my all 2 cylenders are nil so plz try to delever it as quick as possible and take a hard action to the distributor. I am registered with Noble Traders, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, for supply of gas cylinder (Consumer No. 696435. There is always long delays after booking for the gas cylinder - even if told on telephone at the time of booking, that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 days - it is never done even for 10-12 days. Even their service mechanics have visited our place for leakage of gas, not been able to repair the leakage and everytime charged us Rs.25. I am senior citizen and am tired of dealing with Noble Traders. I WISH TO CHANGE THE HP GAS DEALER - KINDLY HELP. I live in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi 110015. Thanks for your time.

Dear sir,
I hv booked my cylender atleast 25 days back, but till the dsate the delivery is not being made,
i have approched/telecon to ur distributer M/s. GEETA GAS[protected]/228789/[protected]) Pali (Rajasthan) 306401 sevrel times but sorry to say that every time we are geting same replies thet delvry will made tommorow surly. but the dlvry is nt being made. even we have made complaints to DSO office but the attitute of dealer and there staff is not being change. beside of this there telephones are always getting engaged or noreply wheenevr u call. this is not my complaint this are the complaints of sevrel sevrel consumers,
as ssuch you are requested to pls klook into the matter and instruct the distributer/Area Manager (Mr. Rajeev Vij, Jodhpur Rajasthan) to do needfull.
