we have a problem that when the gas is booked we are told to call 1stone number than the other & yet an other before the order is noted.
Than we are told by Maj Puneet'S STAFF who runs the business for him that we shall not be given the gas before 2days.Although thier is no reported shortage.We have the need for 2 cylenders being a joint family but they always keep us waiting .
2ndly the cylender may be weighing full but the gas lasts only 7 days as the cylender is partcially full of water abiut which we learn only after we have used the gas.
In this case despite being the citizen who pay their taxes & respect the law we are the ones who are cheated & we are the ones who get to here rude tones when we launch a complain.
Our request to the authority is that since the service station belongs to an army personal at least at his station some respect for the fellow citizens should be given. It is not a nic efeeling at the age of 63 + if i have to go to the station to get the cyclender my self.
Looking forward to a permanet solution to this problem

The telephone number[protected] provided by the LPG Gas Distributor (the Deepak gas agency plot no. 37, Snehapuri colany, Borabanda Hyderabad - 500018; India)for the booking of refill of HP Gas remains busy all the time. Therefore, booking of the Refill has become a tedious and time-consuming task.
Please arrange to provide the customer with the facility of booking the Refill of HP Gas through internet for easy booking.
