[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Booking and Home delivery

Sir,
I am having HP Gas connection with 2 cylinders. I am staying at BSNL staff Quarters at MOHADI DHULE. Which is about 1 Km from HP Gas Godown. HP office is about 3 Km from res. When I gone for booking the HP Gas Agency "EKLAVYA GAS AGENCY" at Dhule, they deny for booking. They says you come to office take receipt after in Q then go to godown and then collect the cylinder.
While they are providing home delivery in Dhule City but Not in MOHADI area.
So Please look into matter and provide home Delivery.

Sir,
I booked Hp gas for refilling on request no 288480 dt[protected] to HP Gas Standard Store, 12, Defence Colony Market, Defence Colony, Delhi-110024, phnone no. 65652606 my consumer number is 700862 but I booked gas for home delivery on 24.04.2010 but till today on 10.05.2010 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening Thanking you
