SIR THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD VISTED YOUR DISTRIBUTOR SERVER TIME, FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS BUT AFTER THE YOUR DISTRIBUTOR HAD UPATED MY ADDRESS IN THEIR (SEHNA MADAM ) COMPUTER IN FRONT OF ME ON DATED 28/05/2008. AND ON 11/06/2008 I BOOKED A CYLINDER, THEN THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICE MAN WILL COME FOR INSEPECTION, ON 16/06/08 THE PERSON VISTED AND CHANGED THE PIPE AND TOLD US TO PAY 180/- RS, FOR PIPE WE PAID . BUT AFTER THE INSPECTION BY YOUR DISTRIBUTOR 'S EMPLOYEE "D.B BISHNOI " THE CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS, IT WAS DELIVERED TO SOME ONE ELSE ON 20/06/2008, AFTER THIS I MADE A CALL TO AGENCY THAT WHAT HAPPEND OF MY BOOKING, A LADY REPILED THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU ON 20/06/2008, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD THE CYLINDER .AFTER A LONG ARUGMENT WITH THE LADY, MAN THEY BOTH REPILED ME THAT THE ADDRESS AS NOT BEEN UPDATAED IN OUR SYSTEM, SO YOU WILL NOT GET THE CYLINDER. SIR, I WANT TO KNOW IF THE ADDRESS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN THEIR SYSTEM HOW THE SERVICE MAN VISTED TO MY HOUSE, & HOW HE REPLACED THE PIPE (SERVICE SLIP NO : 944) .AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE ADDRESS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED . SIR I WANT TO KNOW IF THEY SUPPLING THE CYLINDER WITH EXTRA COAST TO SOME ELSE AT OUR BOOKING AND WE FACE THE PROBLEM FOR THIS TYPE OF SERIVICE.
