Dear Sir,

My HP consumer no is 605552, We got your SMS that ‘will deliver your cylinder within 24hr’on 18/09/2010 and next day get SMS as cylinder deliverd and that Receipt No.etc.
But we have not get filled cylinder till date 18/10/2010 .I telephoned our suppliyer (Ragas Gas Agencies Pandikkad)(Phone.[protected],[protected] many times only replay that next week, next week…… . Today they tell ‘ you have not booked .
Their supply details on our pass book is 3/8/09, 26/09/09, 23/02/10, 03/04/10, 14/05/10, 17/05/10, 15/06/10, 31/07/10, and last supply is 28/08/2010

Our earlier complaint Referance No.10014396

I pleasely requested take necessary action to get our filled gas

My consumer no 616251 i got sms on 25 july 2012 refill will be delivered within next 48 hours my cash memo no 102579 but not delivered so far so many times i have contacted with their customer care executive all times they says that tomorrow will be delivered kindly take steps to deliver the cylinder immidiately
