[Resolved] Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas & Nobody attends calls

Our Gas Consumer No. is 636002 and we are registered with Doshi Brothers Wadala Mumbai. I am wife of the registered customer M. Gopal Bankar. I had ordered a gas cylinder 15 days back from Doshi Brothers Wadala Mumbai. In those 15 days period I visited the said dealer's office in Wadala twice & made bookings on the telephone no. 12665 also to inform them regarding the emergency. But I think they do not understand that. I still have not recieved the gas. And the worst part is when u call their office phone number ([protected]/[protected]) i.e. Doshi Brothers Wadala, the phone is not working 80% of the times & if luck favours u and it does ring, nobody cares to answer it. They do not accept their mistakes and do not behave properly when visited. They treat customers like us as dirt. They are extremely arrogant bunch of people. This is tarnishing image and reputation of HP adversely. I seriously wish to take some actions with legal help in case I dont get any favourable response by today evenning, including lodging case in the Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? I also agree with this compliant. Its' really tru. Nobuddy receive the calls. late delivery of cylinders. It's necessary to take proper action against Doshi brothers.

In the Dec'08 I was issued a HPCL gas cylinder to my house. after receiving it . we have fitted to stove for use. and we are using it but to our surprise the gas was empty with 5days of time it was never happend during the last 10 yrs span. We confirmed it that we were delivered a cylinder with 10% of gas.
we want that we should claarify the mistake and justication.

Dear Sir,

Sub.: Complaint against non-receipt of Cylinder - CUST. NO. 627777‏

We regret to inform you that inspite of booking of Cylinder on 15.05.09, till date we have not recd. cylinder.

Pls. note that our neibour also book the cylinder on same date i.e. 15.05.09 with us and he recd. on same date. Where as we had booked cylinder on 15.05.09, but we didn't. Hence we again went to your office at wadala on 16.05.09 and we have been informed by your office staff that we will get cylinder by after noon again we did not recd. in the after noon, so again in the evening we went to your office and your staff again informed us that the delivery Boy - Pramod has gone for delivery & by 1/2 or 1 hrs. we will get cylinder, but till now we have not recd.

Sir, last time also your delivery boy delivered cyliner in the night @ 10.30, when my wife was alone at home, is this time of delivery. Also he misbehaved with my wife saying next time I won't deliver on time, so same night we went to your office to make complaint, that time he was not there & your office staff promise us that it won't happen again.

We have only one cylinder & last three days we know have we are managing.

Your co-operation will be hightly appreciated.
