[Resolved] Hp Gas — Refusal to book Gas Cylinder replenishment | |||
My consumer No. for HP Gas is 603417 from Chengannur. Our local distributor is Priya Flames. My request for a refill cylinder has been refused by the on-line agent on the pretext that my last refill was done more than 3 months ago and as per the HP Gas Company's new rules I have to get clearance from the Ernakulam Regional Office. This rule was never informed to me even though as a consumer I am directly affected by the introduction of this arbitrary rule, perhaps for encouraging corruption. Kindly let me know who I should contact. I have already given Priya Flames a letter of explanation over 10 days ago yet my refill cylinder is not being registered for replenishment Was this information helpful? | |||

My consumer no. is 608041 registered with Kalina Gas suppliers H.P. Gas Dealer, Gangagobind Shop no. 1, Kalina Kurla Rd., Kalina mumbai 400029. On 3/11/2012 I surrendered two cylinders and one regulator and he gave me receipt. I was told to come for the termination voucher after 2 days. It took 2 weeks to get that termination voucher wherein the consumer no.is 637034 and address is VPG Compound Kalina Mumbai 400029. My address: Golden Star 602/A Sunder Nagar Rd no. 2 Kalina Santa Cruz East Mumbai 400098.I asked them why my number and address is not mentioned, I was told that I have received new number that is 637034. gas cylinder — Refusal to book the gas cylinder
Sir,Due to some guests from my native place, this time cylinder got exhausted early. Today at 1500 hrs, I tried to book the cylinder but the lady attendant of the agency refused to book the same.She refused to tell her name.Her behavior was very rude.I tried to explain her the reason of early booking but she disconnected the line. Sir I am not aware any rule that only one cylinder to be issued in one month.?
