[Resolved]  HP Gas Emarsons — Delay in delivery of refill gas cylinder

Owner of Emarsons HP Gas has assured us that the problem of delay of refill gas cylinder will be resolved within a short period of time. We are very thankful to him for coming forward for our help against our complaint and talking to us on phone.

I am facing the same problem or maybe even worst with HP GAS EMARSONS, In one whole year(12 months) they have only delivered 4 times. in spite of repeated telebooking every month. this kind of incompetent agency are there only to encourage black marketing business of LPG, they make our daily lives very difficult and inconvenient. HP GAS EMARSONS should be checked by the concern authority as soon as possible, and hand over the agency to someone more responsible, so that the most basic requirement such as LPG will not be a cause of tension in our lives

I booked my gas consumer no. 682166 on IVRS on 5/10/2012 I was informed through SMS on 9/10.12 that my refill booking no. 207475 will be delivered within 48 hours but on 13/10/2012 I again received another message that my above booking no. has been cancelled. Kindly arrange for delivery of the booking in question since i am finding it difficult to manage without LPG refill.
