5)AGENCY OFFICE STAFF NOT TALK ABOUT DELEVERY PROBLEM AND DO NOT GIVE RIGHT INFORMATION
6)DOOR TO DOOR SERVIC IS ONLY IN ADD AND PAPER NOT ACTUAL EVERY CUSTOMER IS FACING THAT PROBLEM SOMEONE IS MORE AND SOMEONE IS LESS
