[Resolved] Hp Gas — Delay in HP Gas Refill booking/supply | |||
Dear Officer, We have made a booking of a refill cylinder this time on 15/09/2010 vide booking reference no. 347774 and till today i.e 27/09/2010 we have not got the delivery of cylinder and our last refill cylinder delivery is 01/09/2010. On raising the complaint to Refill Center dealer i.e Laxmi Entr. we are being given an excuse of shortage of gas supply. We are in the process of filing a consumer court complaintas well as a RTI to check the same as we have conatcted other dealers in the nearby area and there is no such shortage of gas supply. We have been going through such a big pain and agony from months of delay in delivery of refill cylinder and for ur refernec plz note the previous reference nos. in ascending order as 341840, 332326, 324588,etc. If such a problem persists and we are not geetting an adequate reply we will also approach Ministry of Oil and Gas for the resolution of the complaint as this is encouraging black marketing of the cylinder as also practised by Laxmi Enterprises in the area. regards Neelam Wadhawan c/o Neeraj Wadhawan [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

HP Gas — Big Delay in Refill
My customer id is 642156 and I booked for a refill 15 days back and even now it is not Done. Since i am statying with my family and 1 yr old, there is no other alternative for cooking.
