[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Poor Supply

To whom so ever It May Concern:

This is just to bring to your notice that the customers are suffering due to the local distributors….these local distributors are also spoiling the company’s image in front of the customers. No doubt it’s a big group and providing the service to a huge community all over the INDIA and obviously there may be some genuine operational problems.
Generally, they (dealers) guy book the number over phone and give the due date / delivery date approx 10-12 days post booking but does not deliver on time.

Though, there are some other common reasons what the distributors creates themselves for their own greed and benefit like

1. Doing the black on gas cylinder and
2. Provide the less volume of gas in the cylinder while home delivery and
3. Sometimes they fill water in to for carry the filled cylinder up to actual weight. Just to increase their profit.

Actually, we have the complaint specifically against our dealer because they belief in selling the domestic cylinders to the commercial deeds to earn the more n more profit approx more then double amount of money and does not bothered about the already booking of home deliveries. They are not concern if working families are suffering without supply of gas. The delivery persons are more crooks than the staff….. they always run the customer fool every second.

We often face the shortage of gas at our Om Gas Agency/distribution center code 626330 PALWAL. On the other hand two other dealers are providing timely and good service at the same city (PALWAL).

Towards end and solution we would request you to either control/stop/minimize their greed, OR increase the volume of gas supplies from the plant, OR distribute some customers to the other dealers irrespective the zone…. as they are bounded to not issuing the connections as per the Zone.

So, we hope that the system would be reviewed and some solution would be invented and the supplies could be more efficient.

My connection no. is 614375, i hv booked the gas around 15 days, back i have received by Cylider, It is very poor Service of HP

HP — POOR SUPPLY

I am customer of GARGI GAS SUPPLIER ( MALAD ) MUMBAI the dealer of HP. This supplier has apponinted girls who use abusive language. My customer no is 608883. When we book for cylinder they do not give us booking no. If the dilivery is delayed and if enquired we are without any proof . The dealer wants indirectly that customer should carry cylinder at own . Is it safe? The girls always use bad words. Plase take action on the dealer and take away his dealership. The dealer must not be having sufficient man power.
