[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Delay in supply of refill cylinder, Rude & arrogant behaviour.

HP Gas cylinder (Domestic) Our supplier is Amrut Gas Agency (silvassa). My consumer No:- 63619.
Dear Sir ,
We are totally feed up with our supplier. We have booked our refill 15 days back but till today we have not recived it. When ever we call them up there reply is out of stock & will send you as soon as we recive fresh stock. But to our utter suprise we have seen that refill to Goverment serevants are done that also the very same Day. When we complain about it the agency reply is rude & arrogant manner. Even after sending you this complain I know I will be Harresed in future also because he is the sole distributor (Monopoly). We would also like to suggest HP/ BP to appoint more Agencys so that no one has a Monopoly in Consumer Goods.
Pls note:- We have two cylinders but the Agency refills it once a month. (They say it is as per Companys rule) So our second cylinder as become A SHOW PIECE.

H P Gas — delay in supply of refill cylinder

Sir, i have booked for my refill on 4.1.2008 with m/s.shreya enterprises, hp gas dustributers, secunderabad with waiting list number 1249. i was informed that the supply will be made in 10 days. but till today the supply has not been bade. when i called the company today, they informed that there was no booking at all and asked me to book again. the last supply was also delayed and i got my refill only after making a complaint. hope some action will be taken in this regard.

HP Gas — delay in supplying refill cylinder

Dear Sir
I have booked for a refill of gas cylinder on dated 29.04.09 vide booking serial number 5113(Samaleswari Gas) at Maa Tarini Gas, Sambalpur. My cosumer number is 605796 of Samleswari Gas which is suspended and authorised to Maa Tarini Gas at Sambalpur, Orissa to serve.But always I am facing such type of delay in delivery of your dealer and tempered cylinder.
Hope administration will look after my compailnt as early as posible.
