Dear Sir,
I am a HP LPG consumer from last 8 years. I use to have a single HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY, A.P. (Dealer Code 957933, Consumer No.22474). Few years back i.e. in OCT 2002 we have shifted with complete family to RAJASTHAN. In order to continue my HP LPG connection in RAJASTHAN I took TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from my RAJAHMUNDRY Dealer (Code: 957933). But as a matter of fact I didn't require to reapply my connection in RAJASTHAN. And now we are again back in RAJAHMUNDRY and I want to get my HP LPG connection renewal to continue with HP LPG connection.
In this regard I have already communicated twice in wiriting by post letter dt.[protected] &[protected]. I have even sent my Original Transfer Certificate as asked by MR. SRIDHAR (HP Sales Executive, Rajahmundry PH: (M[protected]. But surprisingly I have not received any communication in this regard. I am fed up with all these paper formalities, as I am not demanding for new connection. I am requesting to renewal and let me continue with my HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY.
Please kindly do the needful at the earliest as it is already 2 1/2 Months passed, which is a good enough time to do any type of proceedings.

HP LPG — Misbehaviour of Executive
Dear Team,I Mohd Faizan Abbasi is having connection of your company for almost last 5 years. On 4th Jan 2009 a letter from your company was delivered to my rented house stating that if we want connection check than this can bo done @Rs 40 chargable
On 6th of Jan 2009 An executive named Manoj came to home and said we just have to check the connection whether this is ok or not after checking he just gave a bill of Rs Rs 231/- and said that You will have to pay the following amount. I was in the office when my wife was alone and when she asked why we will pay if you have not asked or taken any permission for the same then he behaved very rudely and gave threat that you have to pay the bill otherwise you will be facing problems in delivery and will not get any service from HP thereafter
I don't expect this kind of service from a reputed company like yours and I hope you will take necessory action for these types of services
