[Resolved] HP LPG — Delay in delivery of refilled cylinder

I am 75 years old, residing at 14, Sitalatala Lane, Hindmotor, Hooghly, West Bengal-712233. My Domestic LPG Gas is of HP, Consumer Mo- 603939, whose dealer is Quick Gas Service, Uttarpara, Ph. No[protected]. This Dealer of HP is worst in Customer care and their supply of refilled cylinder is abnormally delayed. Every time they give excuse of short supply, lack of man power etc. They even least bother to attend the Phone call. I really feel lucky to get their telephonic reply. Being an old sick retired Govt. Official, it is very difficult for me to withstand such malpractice of such an utility service. I hope you will take care of this and and do the needful at the earliest.

HP/LPG — Delay in refilling of LPG Cyl.

Dear Sir,
I am the regular customer since 1996 of HP gas services providing by
you. I am facing very much difficulties till today in refilling of LPG
cylinders from our HP distributor in Nashik mentioned below. I am not receiving LPG cylinders after 15 days / 1 month from the date bookings.
Presently i have booked for refilling and distributor is
refusing to provide the cylinder.
I need your action at earliest please for smooth
functioning of HP servises in Panchvati area by the disrtibutor.

HP/LPG — forcing lpg stove buy compulsory

dear sir/madam,
we are staying in mumbai, sakinaka .we want HP lpg new connection, but maharashtra gas agency (powai} forcing for buy a lpg stove compulsory for new connection. please support us against for harassment. because without buy lpg stove they not given a new connection please help us.
