I am also Airoli resident. My consumer no. 618790. My gas booked on 04.02.08 had not been delivered till today 13.03.08. Always we have to go and bring the gas from the gas godown in Airoli.
This problem has increased since 3-4 months.
I feel this complaint is fairly common in Airoli now. Many people are seen frustrated daily. Even today when we went at 10.00 am to that agency atleast 50 people were frustrated due to gas not delivered for 1-1 1/2 months !!
The agency also does not pick up phone or the people there keep the receiver off the phone to keep it engaged.
The way they behave with customers is also pathetic.
This Balaji agency is sure a sore for all Airoli people.I fully agree with you.

Hpcl — Delay in gas cylinder refill
I have booked for consumer gas cylinder refill on 02.02.08 at M/s Balaji Gas Service (Distributor code 105460, Tel No.[protected], Airoli, Navi Mumbai. My consumer no. is 616473. Even after 1 month the cylinder delivery is not done.
