[Resolved]  Hpcl/ Gas Connection — About new gas connection

I have taken a New gas connection from Hpcl three month ago Dated 28.07.2010 , I have been deposited all money. But I have not found gas stove and gas book to till date , and dealer not given the document , so for this reason i have not found any cylinder of gas.
so plz solve my problem and replied me as soon as possible.
