Martin Motors, a HPCL pertrol pump suitated in Sec-20 Dwarka is selling bikes engine oil HP Racer4 available with scrach coupon on it but not paying scrach coupor money.Telling tha scheme date is over but in contrianer no date is mentioned.Thus cheating with customer.

I have Found coupon inside the box and I had sent unique code to the given number. But there is no response from them.
