My consumer No. 609515. As soon as new Gas cylinder put on service on dated[protected], heavy Leakage of LPG observed through the cylinder. The regulator was take off and inform to the supplier (Tele [protected]). I am sorry to inform that even after regular persuance with the dealer of HPCL (M/s Nirmal Gas, Mundra) on telephone no one come to attend the leakage of LPG till now.

In both the cases, the adviced precautions must be taken immediately. Unfortunately, as your dealer is not responding to such a problem you should complain about his to the sales officer of the company, who will surely do the needful. You can get the phone number of the sales officer of your area from the gas agency. If the staff does not give it, you can note it down yourself from the the mandatory board, which is a white colored board on display at all gas agencies.
