[Resolved] HTC — smartphone customer become smart to fool people | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam. Good Day. I am sorry to inform you that your service didn’t meet our expectations. Please take every step and measure to assure you that we will find a solution to this issue immediately. This is regarding my new HTC Smart Phone which I had purchased on 6/11/2010. On 13/11/2010 there was an issue with the phone and it was handed over to the service centre. As the concerned person told that there was some issue with the software and display.. But when I Spoke to the Customer care regarding the issue and ask Mr. Vishal to rectify it. There was no proper response from his end. Everyday we are calling regarding this issue but there is no response till date as I have never received any response. Is this the way the HTC response as it creates a very bad impression on the customer feedback since I am calling daily and there is no proper response. Hoping that you will do the needful.
