HTC — Faulty earphones returned

I have HTC 3400i handset which is still in warranty. Within span of a month earphones began to malfunction. So I visited its service center at Vikroli. They promised to return me new earphones within 15 days.

But I had to visit the service center for 5 times as they failed to return earphones even in 2 months. Lastly after some arguments ( they even dont respect or care for customer ) they handed me earphones that were repaired not even the new ones.

Within a day or two it started to malfunctioning again. I dont know how to deal with them as even thought of visiting customer care ( which is 45 min away from my home) reminds me of their previous service.

Now even I seems to have forgotten invoice number but it was something like 6575

i had purchased HTC P3452 (IMEI No. [protected])from Singh Enterprises, Delhi on 9/8/09 but since i have been feeling guilty of my decision to purchase it as it is giving me continuous problem of Auto Shut off. I have alreay get the same checked from service center, APEX The Perfect Solution, Najafgarh and both time they upgraded the software but yesterday they asked me leave it behind for change of mother board which is very rediclulous. Any how i have submitted my instrument at theirs (Job sheet no. 875 dated 18/11/09)and they said that within a day or two problem will be ractified. I also called customer care (complaint no. 09IND[protected] and Mr Deepak informed that based on availability of same it will be replaced and it may take any time (upto 15-25 days) Please inform if that happens? and if it happens it is very unfortunate for anyone purchasing your product. Kindly arrange to get the set replaced in lieu of manufacturing defect? Why i have been given faulty set if i have paid the full price of the set? Why everytime i have to go to your customer care centre? Kindly arrange to do the needful else the same will be esclated to consumer court
