[Resolved] HTC — Salora International - service | |
HTC Touch has only 2 service centers catering to some 1 million customers in the whole of Mumbai. At Salora International - they have only 1 phone number. The number is busy 90% of the time. If at all you get through - no one picks up the phone... I gave the phone for repair on 17th Sept. They neither called back, nor have they repaired the phone. After more than a 100 tries I finally got thru to hear that they do not have the parts. They refuse to give any other contact number, nor they give the number of the service headquarters. Similar responses are evoked from the call center also... Was this information helpful? | |

i hv htc i 300, from yesterday my phone is not working ie SMS, MP3, camera is working but my contacts & PHONE is block pl give me soluction

I never seen this type of bed services that provide salora international.
If your mobile not working and want to go for salora then my advise pls don't go and throw the mobile .
and in future never buy HTC Phone...

i am fed up with service provided by salora international for htc servicing,
i gave my phone and adaptor in december and haven't got any call from them still. They gave their two landline numbers which they never answer to.

I have the same experience.They are very careless people and giving worst service.Don't give your mobile for service to them.
I never such seen such bad service like HTC bcz I have been facing a broblem with display screen completely not working I got fed up with service eventhough lot of attempt no one has provided proper response from
HTC worst company brand mobile and services in so pls don't ever purchase HTC mobile
