HTC Explorer — unwanted damaged of back cover

Dear Sir,
My HTC explorer back cover is not so much hard, it is being damaged only by regular one hand uses. It is in under warranty period. I want to change it I mean I want that HTC change the back cover of my HTC Explorer.
