I purchased this 'HTC Desire V' in the month of October 2012. After few days touch was not working. For the same I had to visit HTC service center where they replaced the touch and gave it back in a day. But soon enough, phone started to have some some more issues, brightness was very low and led's were not working", and hence motherboard was to be replaced and phone(after service) was returned with a new motherboard. Along with the brightness issues, lock/unlock was also not working. I received the phone back on 7th of July. Besides there was no response from customer care whether the phone is fixed or not and extra two days delay was there in the same.
After I got the phone back, I had some more issues in the phone, Volume key's are not at all working and screen unlock key was hardened. Also touch was not working. And whenever I tryed to connect hot-spot, it gets disconnected automatically after every 2 mins and phone was so slow that it took 2min to process anything, I clicked. so AGAIN I had to visit service center and my motherboard was replaced AGAIN. In addition my phone was not returned to me in the same condition as it was before, it was tampered by your service team.
and now AGAIN the phone is slow and touch not working properly.
HTC SERVICE AND HTC PRODUCTS ARE VERY VERY BAD AND PATHETIC.
What I want from HTC is to understand my problem and instead of fixing this phone for 'n' number of times, kindly replace the phone instead.
