Hi HTC Team,
My device is still in warranty S/n HT29BW501469 purchase date is 10/2/2013. The screen broken so they informed me that this is misuse so i accepted the idea. One monthe after the power button stop working so to the service center of Jovi in Egypt i asked them to repair the power as this is within warranty. they called me to inform that is the price of the repair exceed the mobile price..... I'm very dissatisfied and asking for help..
