Maine naaptol par call krke htc G1 3G android cell order kiya jo mujhe 3 days me dilevert ho gya jiske sath me mujhe 2GB memory card bhi mila but sath me bluetooth device bhi milni thi jo ki naaptol se nhi mili box me cell phone pouch aur screen Gaurd bhi milta h jo ki nhi nikla aur invoice bill bhi nhi mila ab mere cell phone me problam h mere paas invoice bill bhi nhi jisse mai apna cell phone htc service center par repair kra sku aur ab naaptol wale na to bill de rhe h aur na hi bluetooth device boolte h humne bhej diya h aa jayega cell phone mere paas order krne ke 3 din bad aa gya aur device ko 8 din ho gye abhi tk nhi mila h

Naaptol Refund and cancellation policies..

Refund and cancellation

1. The amount will not be transferred to the respected retailer until the user receives the product he orders and changes his status to 'Delivered' on naaptol.com. If the delivery fails within the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the user.

2. If the user places the order and due to some reason (unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason) the retailer is not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.

3. If the seller reports order as shipped and delivered from their side and the user does not raise an alert within 2 days the money would be transferred to the seller.

Issue will be escalated and you will get a callback from naptol.com

And within 7 WORKING days you will get your product..
