I had purchased HTC One X on April 14 and after a month the system crashed. We submitted to HTC Service centre immediately on May 26.
It is June 18 and we do not have any update on the status of the mobile repair. We were told that we would be getting the handset on June 16. And when I call up the service centre they are still saying parts are pending. I am not sure how long we will have to wait for the costliest HTC mobile sitting idle in the factory. The company is not ready to replace the mobile and this has been pending for about a month now with the same update "Pending for parts" The customer service is totally irresponsible in answering. It gives the need to go to consumer court to sue for a defective product and a hopeless service. Was this information helpful? |
