[Resolved] HTC One X — Pathetic Customer Service | |||
I had purchase a HTC One X mobile phone in April’12. Within 6 months o[censored]sage I had several problems with the phone – Low Speaker Volume/voice brakeage. I had given the phone for service to HTC authorized service center – PRAMANIK MOBILE SERVICE on 28th Mar’13 and was promised that the phone would be ready within 4 working days. It is almost 19 days now and there is no update. I had called the HTC customer care several times, Ticket # 13INA[protected] apart from false promises I have never seen any update on the same. HTC One X — how i update jelly bean????
i use htc one x(16gb)........in this phone i can't send file through wifi direct.....i use software data cable app for transfer file through wifi but in this app in my phone create wifi network not work....wifi hotspot can't created.....plz give solution......
