I am facing a lot of issue from the HTC service center. I submitted my mobile in service center for internal issue on 25th of September 2012 (Job No - MAA[protected] and after a lot of follow up through phone, mails I got the answer that they have solved the problem and sent to collection point where i have submitted. When i enquired the collection point people they have said that “still there were same issues with the SIM & SD card so I resubmit it for repair again” this happens in first week of October. Second week of October i have got message from HTC saying that problem has resolve and shipped to collection point. When i enquired the collection point people they have said that “still there were same issues with the SIM & SD card so I resubmit it for repair again” and till now I have not received the set. every time the customer support person is saying will update you in 48 hours but till now no updates. Please do the needful to get my mobile from service center, and i want the penalty from the hTC service center for keeping the mobile with them such a long time & i want to get the alternate mobile for my day to day life.
