HTC — Regarding phone display

I have purchase my htc desire-x on 29-oct-2012, n i have not been using it for a month and every second month i have to send it to company for an eror, and i have send it 4-times in company for same problem and when 3rd time i have send it has been declare death and company has replaced it mother-board and send it back for use, now i have been using only for a week and now its display is creating a problem. now i'm not in a mood to send it again to company this time i will send my device to consumer court and reclaim my phone amount. I request you to help me, i'm veru annoyed by this company, please help me, i realy need your help.
