[Resolved]  HTC — Repairing not done in 1 month

I gave my HTC Incredible S phone (Reason-touch pannel function abnormally)on[protected] in TVS-Electronics Ltd. 3/38 Vinay khand, near patrakarpuram chauraha, gomti nagar lko. Tel no.[protected] they neither called back, nor have they repaired the phone they have only 1 phone number. The number is 90% switched off/ OR not reachable Its has been almost one month and my mobile is not repaired, it should be within 10 days of submission as per the policy. Rakesh Kr.
