I have a HTC wildfire S bought for 13K 3 yrs back. Display went off suddenly last month. After inquiry with HTC customer care, found that there is only one authorised dealer in Mount road. When I went there, i saw many people complaining there lcd screens are not working. They said finally the LCD display has to be changed and they dont have any stock and asked me to come after a week. The reception was v poor here. It is surprising to see that the company service dealer doesnt have a stock eventhough most of the complaints are due to lcd screen problem. after 1 week, when i went, I got the same answer. Got annoyed, when i called the customer care they asked to go to another centre near Loyola college. That centre took my phone and said that they will send to Blore and someone will call u inform abt the quotation for repair, once u approve we will service ur mobile. total turnaround time will be 7 days.
I didnt get any calls so far...even after 10th day. finally today i got an email stating that i ve to pay 10k to repair the mobile which is absurd. I didnt drop my mobile anywhere.the display went off suddenly....and now they ask 10k to repair with which i can buy 2 new good mobiles.....it is a worst experience..So, everyone please dont go for HTC mobiles...i[censored] want to use and throw after 2 yrs.please go otherwise...
