HTC — Signalling problem

recently i was purchase the mobile of 'HTC DESIRE U" actually last 25 days back it is suddenly 'Switched off" that problem rectify it, and again it is "Signalling problem', when i purchased mobile so many days kept on service centre only, actually i have good opinion on HTC company, and my IMEI No. [protected] So pls as i request change my phone with new one.
