HTC Smart — Bad Product and Bad Service

Part I:
I have purchased HTC Smart handset on 10/02/1011 from New Impression Store in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Within few months it started giving problems like very slow response, auto restart, hanging etc. I contacted HTC service center in Raghuleela Mall, Vashi and problem solved. Again after month same problems started coming, again visited service center they solved the problem by doing some stuff.
Again 2-3 months later same problems started, I demanded a replacement of handset as it was not stable at any point. On assurance of Mr. Abhinay, I visited to HTC Service center in Dadar as guided by Mr Abhinay of HTC. I deposited handset on 06/10/11 and collected on 10/10/11 with main board changed. Mr. Abhinay assured me of no problems in future and extended warranty period by 6 months as I faced frequent problems after buying handset. (Mistake happened from me as I didn’t take mail confirmation for same as I thought it might be policy by HTC).
On 7th March 2012, Handset again got switch off and not restating now. I have called HTC Service center on 12th March 2012 for handset problems and demanded replacement as it was total waste of money for me. They assured me somebody from HTC will call back me, which never happen. I again called in afternoon and again on 13th March 2012. I called 4 times explaining same issues to different representatives in 2 days. One of the representatives told that, it’s now out of warranty and I need to bear the charges. Is it justifiable that I need to pay for the original product defects from HTC ?? It is not a single evidence which is showing the damage in product. Do HTC want to give such kind of support to its customer ?? Last time Mr. Chirag told that I will receive call in 48 Hrs. lets see….
It is really a painful thing for me as I bought HTC and suffering from it. Will HTC see this pain of suffering from problem, bad response from representatives, and longer wait for service. Will I get replacement???....

Frustration Part II:
After Handset Replacement: Above was my thought before my handset replacement. …after many follow-ups i got replacement for defective handset.
On 21st Feb 2012 I was given a replacement handset along with 3 months extended warranty. Now just within one month it has started giving problems like auto switch off in calls, Low response and also screen is like yellowish. After followup with HTC CC ( Customer Care) they again asked me to visit Service centre which I did ( against wish). Center guys did software reinstallation part and gave me handset back. It worked fine for next 20 days around and again calls hanging started. ( phone ringing continuously till we switch off it , not able to pick calls also….Again I contacted CC telling this problem and asked for upgraded handset as its giving problem again. But MR Ajay of CC told me finally that Upgraded version is not available and I again need to visit service center for motherboard replacement. …..So I have now decided that I won’t visit to service center to again go through same things again and again….I gave up on HTC……I will purchase another handset…Might be Micromax, Spice or LAVA but not HTC….:)

This is like cheating with customer……GOD SAVE HTC

I was just checking HTC website and was not surprise at all looking at their un audited annual result which are as below…
“HTC corporation (TWSE: 2498), a global leader in mobile innovation and design, today announces unaudited consolidated revenues for February 2012 totaled NT$20,294 million, down 36.79% year-on-year, while total unaudited consolidated revenues from January to February 2012 were NT$36,910 million, down 45.01% YoY”

If HTC gave such products and service then surely HTC is going to make losses….

HTC Smart — Mobile not functioning properly

HTC Smart originally purchased on 15/05/10 from Silicon Telepoint, CR Avenue, Kol

I started facing problem such as poor battery, SD card not readable at most of times.

Mobile replaced on 07/06/10 by Vendor but vendor issued me Invocie with 15/05/10 as date.

Again in new replaced mobile follwing problems are faced:

a) SD card not readable at most of times.

b) Photo taken from camera could not be open.

Frrom last 1 month i am not been able to use my mobile. I want my money refunded.

HTC Smart — Not working properly

Hi this mahesh from hyderabad, A.P.(INDIA), I have buyed new HTC Smart mobile after 72 hours got problem with Audio out put I got a call from my friend but its just coming vibrate after that i insert that the ear phone jack, audio out is good but after 1 hour i got problem with internet explore in the mobile and its shown me that ERROR message i think in my life taken Worst decision, and i am requesting u all of you plz don't buy the HTC Mobile in India its bad services given to all of who facing the problem facing like me it s my opinion

PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzz Don't Buy the HTC Mobiles...!

HTC Smart — improper working

i have purchased this phone htc smart in oct 10 and three months after that it started giving me problems!!! to hell with htc... never go for it!!

HTC — Bad Service On Warranty Product

I have a HTC Wildfire S mobile handset. It gave some problems & I took that to the authorized service centre of HTC which is called Apex Solutions, Jalpai More, on the ground floor o[censored]CO Bank building. The took the phone & returned it to me after 3 weeks. They told me that they sent that to Kolkata. But they didn't gave me any legal document. Not even a job sheet. And the problem of the phone is as same as before. They are doing nothing without talking.

HTC — Battery & Mobile problem

HTC Desire 620G, Battery over heating & mobile charge is not staying.

My mic is not working

My HTC desire eye's Mic is not working while I am using it ear peace on call and its doesn't have the complaint on loudspeaker please resolve the problem as soon as earliest
