[Resolved] HTC Touch2 T3320 — Service Center Charging High Amount | |||
On 22 April 2010,I brought HTC Touch T3320 AMT-12900/- Rs. but,now on dated 25 June 2010 without any reason Touch screen pixcles damaged and Liquid spread inside the screen(told by service center from Shree Times Service,Vadodara) and due to that i am not able to use my phone and it's touch screen. i went to Service center for replacing the same he told me that you have to spend 3500/-Rs., i felt very bad with the budget of repaing told by Shree Service Center. Please guide me that i have already spend 13000/-for mobile and with in 2 months i have to spend 3500/-it means i would be in complet loss of 6000/-due to current price 9500/-for THE SAME mobile. please guide me what should i do? prashant [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Brother When Its only 2 months old it should be in warranty and he cant charge you in that case.

htc touch2 — touch screen is not working
i puchase the htc mobile in july 2010 that mobile give the problem that screen is not working i submitted that mobile to service centre,they did the repair and they give me back.but now again the same problem occured again i send the mobile to service centre the speaker cover are droped some wherethe servie centre person told us b'coz of that warranty is not covered
they are charging me to repair that mobile.
