i am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and i being being charged rs.10/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.10/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com.
I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily. please help us into the matter, thanks

Surprisingly I had subscribed starting 13th Jan for text based service on Air tel WAP through http://igmobi.com.In the first place I never requested for anything that has to do with igmobi.com. I have been Rs10/-per day for no valid reason whatsoever from the Air tel customer care, repeated request through 121 portal still pending, oho last 15th Jan 09 a customer care executive called me up and gave me a false hope telling me this wonder service has been de-activated but all in vain. I just got charged Rs 10/- again a few minutes ago before I posted this comment inspite of not using AIR TEL LIVE.Please be kind enough to deactivate this subscription asap .It will cost me a lot if you keep charging unnecessarily a poor man like me.(My cell no is-[protected])please deactivate it as soon as possible.
