Hi, Myself Prashant vishwakarma,was a registered member of Humsafar Matrimony on behalf of elder sister. I had paid Rs.2500(in Supela(Bhilai) branch of SBI bank) & they told me that I would get 30 online contacts as well as 60 offline matched profiles.But they had proposed me only 4-5 profiles ,out of then 2 were married. I had dialogue with branch manager on the same...but disappointed & came to know all these guys are illetrate....Just open a shop of marriage bureau.......they do not care about any thing....they are just playing with ppl imotions & their life... I wonder ,how these ppl get authorized to serve this type ofservices even though they do not follow ant criteria.(if compare them other national level matrimonial web sites.)its strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These ppl do not know how to run these type of services,even they do not have their customer care center. I used to give them(Sunny Sharma & Ritesh from Bilaspur/Bhilai) call regularly,these cheaters always promised me that they have 8-10 matched profiles for my sister & same would be sending by mail/courier soon. At last the last day has come & my membership got overed. I wish these ppl should get punishment(stop their business from Chhatiger &Madhaya Pradesh) or should be taken any valid action against them. Humsafar Matrimonial is a very fraud web site. These people used to call me every day to register. I registered there on behalf of my sister in law and deposited money at Bhopal SBI bank. But after making payment, noboby called me and noboby provided any profile. From my exeperience I would request to take a strict action against these cheaters.

I created profile in Jeevansathi and dont know from where these guys got My sister details and called me and told
" sir we have all the details and many guys are interested in your sister profile can i send those guys your sister details"
I insisted how you got details they confirmed from Jeevansathi. I told okay you can forward my sister profile to those guys.
They sent a mail that they have created a profile for my sister and sent me login details. I did not bother about them.
I'm in abroad now and these Humsafar matrimony guys calling my parents and asking them to pay for paid profile.
When my parents rejected that they will not be paid member, Humsafar guys started shouting on my Parents - " Why you created profile when you dont want to pay."
Now i want to take legal action against them.

Humsafar Matrimony .com is actually Cheater Matrimony.com.All fellows working for this site are fake.One of them is Atul Khare from Indore . This fellow cheat the customers by making fake calls and fake telephonic contacts to collect mony.
It was complained to their indore office & head office. They did'nt respond, it proves that this is their part of business.

These Humsafar matrimony are all illiterate and fraud. period.
I tell you why they are bunch of duffers ? One of their stupid executive called me up and started telling me that we have many profiles for your interests. When I asked them how your system works he said if you take our membership we will tell you the profiles and will setup a meeting with the interested profile's family. I then asked has anyone taken your membership ? to which that stupid replied that one of the profile for which I am talking to you has taken the paid membership, I now asked a simple "logical" question and now please pay attention to this duffer's answers :).
My Question: If you are talking to me about that paid profile then why don't you give that "paid profile" my contact detail so that they can contact us ? Why are you asking me to take membership ? Don't you think that you have a completely different model because other matrimonial websites give you the access where you can see the contact details of anyone if you become paid members ?
Duffer Answered: Sir, how can I give you their number if you are not a paid member ? We don't work that way and I don't think any other site does this way.
My Question: Okay, let's assume for a moment that you don't work that way. Now tell me what do you think about this situation that Suppose I take your paid membership where you come to me about some good profiles and I say yes to all of the profiles now you would go to all the other profiles asking them to pay then and then only I will be able to contact them. Now, if say none of the profiles are ready to pay would that mean I won't be able to contact any one of them ? Don't you think its unfair because I am the one who has already paid and I should get all the contact details of the profiles I am interested in.

If you search on LinkedIn you would not find any one working for this cheat company.
It is clear that they are bunch of looser who has setup this fraud website to cheat people and make money.
My suggestion is: don't keep any contact with them and if they call you it would be better that you go for registering an FIR otherwise they would rob you in daylight.

I really feel bad that why i have registered with this fraud company, these peoples are big cheater there i have spoken to Miss Pooja Yadav & Jitender Dixit, These guys are lier. I wanna add on to this. I am Deepali Kakkar, These people fooled my parents and grabbed the amount of Rs. 3500 and has not yet supported in any way. The customer care people are so rude and illiterate to be handled. They must be handed over to police against the fraud.
I continuously keep on calling them but they dont respond to calls and also dont reply over the mail. My Login ID is blocked from last 1 month and still no revert from them.
They are real fraudsters.!
My parents are very simple and not at all computer savvy, and these 420ees took advantage of it. Specially the concerned person Mr. Sandeep who was incharge of my profile.
He should be ahnded over to police.

Since after taking membership I am feeling like cheated.
Humsafar matrimony is only for making public fool
as per my experience is concerned with humsafar matimony.
Before taking the membership I had been followed day and night,
so many times I got call from humsafar matrimony,
tellling that they have so many contacts and even some of the family
liked the profile and it is our responsibility to provide the desired
contacts for your profile.But after taking the membership not a single call I get,
even I have to follow so many times to the Indore branch for providing the right contacts.
But the contacts provided by calling so many times are worthless since in those profiles most
of the members are married and some of the contacts can't be reachable ...so please stop making public fool .
I request to everyone donot take membership from this website...they are just making public fool.

Only one solution is there and that is to go personally in their office along with police and take your money back.
